Prue Leith served up delicious chocolate chip cookies using frozen cookie dough on Prue Leith’s Cotswold Kitchen.
The ingredients for the cookies are: 110g butter, at room temperature, 110g caster sugar, l egg, beaten, 170g plain white flour, pinch salt, ½ teaspoon vanilla and 150 dark chocolate , chopped (or choc chips).
