Marcus Wareing served up a tasty cod en papillote (fish in a bag) with capers, herbs de Provence and spicy olive sauce on Marcus Wareing Simply Provence.
The ingredients are: 1 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for drizzling, 1 red pepper, finely chopped, ½ red chilli, sliced and seeds removed, 1 tbsp capers, pinch herbs de Provence, 400g tin chopped tomatoes, 1 cod fillet, 1 lemon, handful green and black olives, chopped, sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
Crusty bread, to serve.
