Andi Oliver served up delicious scones with coconut cream and dulce de leche on Andi Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts.
The ingredients are: 450g self-raising flour, plus extra for dusting, 2 pinches salt, 2 tsp baking powder, 100g butter, 60g raisins and 200ml coconut milk.
For the filling: 200ml whipping cream, 50g coconut cream and 100g dulce du leche, from a jar or tin.
