Jamie Oliver homemade spring greens ravioli with mashed new potatoes and cheese recipe on Jamie Cooks Spring

Jamie Oliver served up tasty homemade spring greens ravioli with mashed new potatoes and cheese filling on Jamie Cooks Spring.

The ingredients are: 300 g Tipo ‘00’ flour , plus extra for dusting and 6 large free-range eggs.

For the filling: 150 g new potatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil, 1 good pinch of dried red chilli flakes, 1 lemon, 150 g mixed seasonal greens , such as spring greens, kale, spinach, Swiss chard, 30 g Parmesan cheese , plus extra to serve, 15 g pecorino cheese, 4 mixed sprigs of sage and oregano and 1 knob of unsalted butter.
