Dr Clare Bailey served up a delicious low sugar chocolate mug cake for a healthy sweet treat on Morning Live.
The ingredients are: 1 tbsp coconut oil, 4 large soft dates finely diced, 1 medium egg, whisked, 25g ground almonds, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/4 tsp baking powder and 1-2 squares >70% dark chocolate.
