Phil Vickery served up a tasty tagliolini au gratin (pasta with ham and cheese) on this morning.
The ingredients are: 250g dried tagliolini, tagliatelle, linguine or spaghetti, 75g cooked ham, shredded, 30g butter and 60g finely grated Parmesan.
For the sauce: 150ml milk, 10g soft butter, 10g plain flour, Salt and black pepper.
