Prue Leith served up tasty goat’s cheese on toast with spinach and spicy red pepper chutney on Prue Leith’s Cotswold Kitchen.
The ingredients are: goat’s cheese, 2 slices of white bloomer, Olive oil for brushing, Runny honey, The Cotswold Guy Red Pepper Chutney, 1 tsp thyme leaves, stalks removed, Sea salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper.
