Georgina Hayden served up tasty homemade houmous with lamb chops for the ultimate Greek feast on This Morning.
The ingredients for the marinade: 8 lamb chops, 2 garlic cloves, crushed, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp ground coriander, Olive oil and Juice of 1 lemon.
For the houmous: 1 x 400g jar/tin of chickpeas, drained, reserve the liquid , 3 tbsp tahini, Juice of ½ a lemon, 1 garlic clove, peeled and roughly chopped, 2 shallots, peeled and finely sliced , Juice of 1 lemon , 2 green chillies, halved, deseeded and finely sliced, A few sprigs of mint, leaves picked and roughly chopped , 30g pistachios or almonds, finely chopped, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
