Andi Oliver served up a tasty bulgur wheat mujadara with crispy fried onions and tamarind chicken thighs Andi Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts.

The ingredients are: 300ml rapeseed oil, 3 medium onions, thinly sliced, 200g bulgur wheat, rinsed well under cold running water, 1 tsp ground turmeric, 1 tsp ground allspice, 1 tsp ground bay leaves, 2 tsp all-purpose seasoning, 350ml boiling water, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 260g dried green lentils, cooked (alternatively use 400g tin green lentils, rinsed and drained) and 1 small bunch flat leaf parsley, finely chopped.
