James Martin Bread and Butter Pudding with Hiltonbury Jerseys Double Cream recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up a delicious Bread and Butter Pudding with Hiltonbury Jerseys Double Cream and ice cream on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 1 loaf of white bread, sliced, 100g butter, 4 eggs, 300ml milk, 300ml double cream, Sultanas, 200g caster sugar, 1 tsp vanilla bean paste and 2 tbsp icing sugar.

To serve – ice cream.
