Alexina Anatole served up a delicious white chocolate Basque cheesecake with strawberries on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients for the ganache are: 200g white chocolate, finely chopped and 360ml double cream.
For the cheesecake: 840g full-fat cream cheese, 100g soured cream, 140g caster sugar, 4 large free-range eggs, 40g cornflour, 1 tsp sea salt flakes, 2–3 tsp vanilla bean paste, to taste and 2 tsp fresh lemon juice.
To serve: 300g strawberries, 30ml fresh lemon juice and 30g caster sugar.
