Benjamina Ebuehi served up a delicious ‘no bake’ chocolate and dulce de leche tart on this morning.
The ingredients for the base: 80g dark chocolate, 20g unsalted butter, 65g cocoa pop cereal and Pinch of fine sea salt.
For the filling: 200g dulce de leche , 100g milk chocolate, finely chopped, 100g dark chocolate, finely chopped, 220ml double cream and 2 small cinnamon sticks.
To finish: Flaky sea salt and Caramelised cereal crunch, optional.
