Jamie Oliver gnarly pork and pineapple noodle salad with carrots and asparagus recipe on Jamie’s Air Fryer Meals

Jamie Oliver served up a tasty gnarly pork and pineapple noodle salad with pork belly slices, carrots and asparagus on Jamie’s Air Fryer Meals.

The ingredients are: 500 g higher-welfare pork belly slices, olive oil, Chinese five-spice powder, 1 red pepper, 3 nests of flat rice noodles, 1 bunch of mint (30g), 1 bunch of coriander (30g), 1 small fresh pineapple (200g), 1 cucumber, 1 carrot, 150 g asparagus, 150 g radishes, 1 bunch spring onions, 100 g sugar snap peas, 1 tablespoon runny honey and 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.

For the dressing: olive oil, 4 cm piece of ginger, ½ a clove of garlic, ½ a red chilli, 1 lime, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon runny honey and 1 teaspoon fish sauce.
