Clare Andrews served up tasty honey glazed sticky chicken wings on Air Fryers Made Easy.

The ingredients include: chicken wings, oil spray, baking powder, paprika.

For the sticky glaze: 3 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp runny honey, flat tsp chilli flakes and tsp sesame seeds.

For the spicy dipping sauce: mayonnaise and hot sauce.
