Prue Leith served up a salami and sausage pizza on Prue Leith’s Cotswold Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 10g fresh yeast, 110 ml warm water, 200g strong flour, ½ teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 quantity salsa pizzaiola , 225g mozzarella cheese, diced or grated, 3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese, Cotswold Nduja sausage, Charcuterie Board and Fresh basil.
