John Gregory-Smith coconut chicken curry with lime juice recipe on Morning Live

John Gregory-Smith served up a tasty creamy coconut chicken curry with lime juice on Morning Live.

The ingredients are: 2 inches of ginger, 10 cloves garlic, 650g chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces, 2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp mild chilli powder or paprika, ¾ tsp turmeric, The juice of a lime, 2 tbsp neutral oil, 1 onion, finely sliced, A pinch of dried curry leaves (optional), 400ml tin coconut milk, A handful of finely chopped coriander leaves, Salt and pepper.
