Rick stein served up delicious whipped cream filled profiteroles with warm chocolate sauce on Rick Stein’s Food Stories.
The ingredients for the profiteroles are: 75g plain flour, pinch salt, 55g cold butter, cut into small cubes and 2 free-range eggs, beaten.
For the chocolate sauce: 30g butter and 125g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids), broken into squares.
For the cream filling: 300ml double cream, 1 tbsp icing sugar, sifted and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
