Prue Leith served up a tasty homemade granola with hazelnuts, dried cherries, frozen berries and John’s natural yoghurt on Prue Leith’s Cotswold Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 350g rolled jumbo oats, 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds, 100g skinned hazelnuts, 75g flaked almonds, 60g demerara sugar, 8 tablespoons apple juice, 2 tablespoons runny honey, 30g dried cherries, 30g dried blueberries and 4 dried figs, roughly chopped.
To serve: natural yoghurt and frozen or fresh berries.
