Marcus Wareing served up tasty bangers and fried potatoes with wild boar sausages and red onion gravy on Marcus Wareing’s Tales of a Kitchen Garden.
The ingredients are: 400g new potatoes, 2 tbsp butter, 4 red onions, thinly sliced, 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves, chopped, 50g plain flour, 100ml red wine, 500ml good quality chicken stock, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp olive oil, 8 large pork sausages, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
