Marcus Wareing served up a tasty tartare sauce with capers and parsley on Tales from a Kitchen Garden.

The ingredients include: shallots, gherkins, capers, flat leave parsley, lemon zest and juice.

For the mayonnaise : egg yolks, mustard, wine vinegar and vegetable oil.
