April Jackson served up tasty Friday night lamb burgers with caramelised onions, halloumi cheese and a harissa and yoghurt sauce on this morning.
The ingredients for the caramelised onions are: 1 tbsp olive oil , 2 large red onions, sliced, Pinch of salt, 2 tbsp soft brown sugar , 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar and 1 tbsp butter.
For the burgers: 500g lamb mince, 1 handful breadcrumbs, 1 egg , ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper , 1 tbsp ras el hanout, 4 tbsp Greek yoghurt, 2 tbsp harissa and 4 brioche buns.
