Marcus Bean served up delicious dark chocolate brownies with salted caramel sauce on this morning.
The ingredients are: 250g unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing, 250g dark chocolate, ideally about 54.5% cocoa solids, 4 medium/large eggs , 260g caster sugar , 160g gluten free plain flour or regular plain flour and 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste or extract.
For the salted caramel sauce: 250g caster sugar, 25ml water, 150g salted butter and 150ml double cream.
