Lisa Snowdon served up delicious healthy pancakes with oats, banana and maple bacon on This Morning.
The ingredients for 6 small pancakes are: 40 – 45g rolled oats, 2 eggs and 1 ripe banana.
For the stewed apple: 3 apples, skin on and cut into slices and 1 tsp ground cinnamon.
For the maple bacon: 4- 6 slices streaky bacon and Maple syrup, to glaze (alternatively honey or agave syrup).
For the Toppings: Flax seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, crushed almonds (skin on), Blueberries, Natural yoghurt , Raspberries and Chocolate hazelnut spread.
