Briony May Williams served up delicious rhubarb and custard muffins on Morning Live.
The ingredients are: 400g fresh rhubarb, 50g custard powder, 150g custard, 150g golden caster sugar, 50g demerara sugar, 300g self-raising flour, 150g unsalted melted butter, 2 large eggs and 230g natural yoghurt.
