Briony May Williams served up a tasty rhubarb and lentil curry on Morning Live.
The ingredients are: 400g fresh rhubarb, 250g puy lentils, 1 brown onion, 2 leeks and celery sticks, 2 garlic cloves, 2 400g tins chopped tomatoes, 1 vegetable stock cube, 3tsp ground cumin, 2 tsp each smoked paprika, turmeric and ground coriander.
