Briony May Williams served up a tasty rhubarb chutney on Morning Live.
The ingredients are: 400g fresh rhubarb, 300ml apple cider vinegar, 200g light brown soft sugar, 250g sultanas, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 200g fresh grated ginger, 2 cored and peeled apples, the juice and zest of 1 orange and 1 lemon.
