James Martin apple and honey jalousie with clotted cream and honeycomb recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up a delicious apple and honey jalousie with puff pastry, clotted cream and honeycomb on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 1 x 300g ready rolled puff pastry.

For the filling: 1 large bramley apple poached blitzed with 50ml honey.

For the frangipan: 125g butter, softened, 125g caster sugar, 125g ground almonds, 50g plain flour, 2 eggs, 2 tbs honey, 1 egg yolk to egg wash and Demerara sugar to sprinkle.

To serve: Clotted cream and honey and honeycomb.
