John Torode served up a tasty butternut squash soup with leeks and potatoes in a soup masterclass on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 50ml olive oil, 50g butter, 2 small leeks, trimmed, washed and roughly chopped (or you can use onions), 2 large potatoes, peeled and chopped, Salt and pepper, to taste , 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 1 large butternut squash, peeled, 1 stick of rosemary and 600ml water.
