Big Has served up a tasty bacon and prawn fried rice on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 2 eggs, whisked together, 1 mug of Japanese sushi rice, 2 shallots finely diced , 4 rashers smoked streaky bacon, sliced thin , 8 prawns deshelled deveined (frozen and defrosted is fine) , 150 frozen peas, Teaspoon msg , Pinch of sugar , White pepper , Veg oil and in a little jug, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce and 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce.
To finish: 2 Thai red chillis and 4 spring onions -Cut into rounds quiet chunky.
Garnish with coriander sprigs, Lao gan ma crispy chilli in oil and half a lime.
