James Martin served up a tasty vegetable stock with celery and fennel on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 onion, Few cloves garlic, Few parsley stems, 1 carrot sliced, 1 stick celery, 1/2 fennel, sliced, 1 parsnip, sliced, Few peppercorns, 2 bay leaves, Few sprigs of thyme and Water to cover.
Note: The ingredients should be cooked slowly for no more that 20 to 30 minutes.
