Rustie Lee served up a tasty creamy fish chowder with smoked haddock and bacon on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 4 slices bacon, diced, 3 tbsp butter , 1 onion, chopped , 2 carrots, diced, 4 celery stalks, diced, 4 tbsp plain flour , 500ml fish or vegetable stock, 4 potatoes, peeled and diced, 250ml milk , 100ml double cream, 1 lb fish (smoked haddock or fish pie mix), cut into chunks, 1 small tin sweetcorn
Salt and pepper, to taste.
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish.
