Emma Weymouth served up a delicious Plum And Sloe Gin Crumble with Orange and Salted Caramel Sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 750g plums, halved and stoned, 50g golden caster sugar, 1 orange, zested and juiced, 75ml sloe gin, 150g plain flour, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 150g butter, 160g demerara sugar and 150g porridge oats.
For the salted caramel sauce: 100g golden caster sugar, 75g salted butter and 200ml whipping cream.
