Carmen O’Neal served up a delicious tiramisu espresso martini with hazelnut liqueur and vodka on Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 free-range egg yolk, 25g caster sugar, 50ml double cream, 50g mascarpone, 25ml hazelnut liqueur, 25ml vodka, 30ml tiramisu-flavoured Irish cream liqueur, 30ml coffee liqueur, 30ml coffee and ice for shaking.
For the garnish: cocoa powder and biscotti.
