Georgina Hayden mac and cheese with sausage stuffing recipe on Sunday Brunch

Georgina Hayden served up a tasty mac and cheese with sausage stuffing for the festive season on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 100g plain flour, 75g butter, 4 garlic cloves, 2 tsps English mustard, 1.3l hot milk, 150g mature cheddar cheese, 75g other melty cheese, 500g macaroni, 100g cooked/ leftover ham, 150g leftover sausage stuffing, 1 tbsp maple syrup, A few sprigs of rosemary, Olive oil, 30g pecans, roughly chopped, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
