James Martin served up a tasty chicken reduction cream sauce with tarragon, white wine and Madeira on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 100ml white wine, 100ml Madeira wine, 200ml chicken stock, 100ml double cream, 100g butter and Few sprigs of tarragon.
