James Martin served up a tasty mornay sauce with cheddar cheese and cauliflower on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: ½ onion, 1 bay leaf, 1 clove, 100g butter, 50g plain flour, 500ml full fat milk, 200ml double cream and 400g grated cheddar cheese.
