Mary Berry and Michael Ball served up a delicious key lime pie with cream cheese and condensed milk using a rectangular tranche tin on Mary Makes it Easy.
The ingredients are: 115g full-fat cream cheese, 1 × 397g tin full-fat condensed milk, finely grated zest and juice of 4 limes and 200ml pouring double cream.
For the biscuit base: 115g digestive biscuits, 55g butter and 1 tsp demerara sugar.
