Mary Berry and Andy Murray served up a tasty kedgeree with spinach and herbs on Mary Berry’s Highland Christmas.
The ingredients are: 400g undyed smoked haddock, skin on, large knob of butter, 1 lemon, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 onions, finely chopped, 1 garlic clove, crushed, 2 tsp ground cumin, 2 tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp turmeric, 300g basmati rice, 600ml vegetable stock, 2 bay leaves, 75g spinach, chopped, 4 tbsp double cream, 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley, 1 tbsp freshly chopped dill, 4 free-range eggs, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
