Marcus Wareing Christmas chocolate mousse with chocolate shavings and gold leaf recipe

Marcus Wareing served up delicious chocolate mousse with chocolate shavings and gold leaf on Marcus Wareing at Christmas.

The ingredients are: 250ml double cream, 1 tbsp runny honey, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 120g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids or higher), broken into small pieces, 2 eggs, separated and 20g caster sugar.

To Garnish : Dark chocolate, grated/peeled into little shavings and 4 sheets of gold leaf.
