Marcus Wareing served up a refreshing winter spiced negroni with gin, campari and red vermouth cocktail on Marcus Wareing at Christmas.
The ingredients for the spiced gin are: 500ml gin, 3 star anise, 1tsp peppercorns, 2 cloves nutmeg, 2 cinnamon sticks, 15 cloves, Pine leaves and Bay leaves.
For the Winter Spiced Negroni: 60ml gin, 60ml campari, 60ml red vermouth and 2 segments of orange.
