Marcus Wareing served up a delicious bread and butter pudding with bitter chocolate, sultanas, panettone and homemade custard on Marcus Wareing at Christmas.
The ingredients are: 750g panettone, cut into thick slices, 50g butter, melted, 50g dark chocolate, roughly chopped, 50g sultanas, 500ml double cream, 5 eggs, 100g caster sugar, 50g demerara sugar, 1 whole nutmeg, grated and 500g custard (optional).
