Marcus Wareing served up tasty honey roasted carrots with star anise and thyme on Marcus Wareing at Christmas.

The ingredients are: Olive oil, 800g whole thin carrots, peeled and top trimmed, 10 star anise, 2 cinnamon sticks, 6 garlic cloves, smashed, 6 thyme sprigs, 50g unsalted butter, 3 tbsp honey, Salt and pepper.
