Mary Berry and AJ Odudu served up tasty tiger prawn and coriander courgetti on Mary Berry Makes it Easy.
The ingredients are: 6 small courgettes, 3 tbsp olive oil, 6 spring onions, trimmed and sliced, ½ red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped, 3 large garlic cloves, finely grated, 150g cooked tiger prawns, Juice of ½ small lemon and 2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander.
