Marcus Wareing Christmas sloe gin and Swedish gravadlax with orange and coriander recipe

Marcus Wareing served up tasty sloe gin and Swedish gravadlax with orange and coriander on Marcus Wareing at Christmas.

The ingredients are: 100g rock salt , 50g demerara sugar , 1 orange, cut into quarters, 1 bunch of dill, 1 bunch of coriander , 1 tbsp juniper berries, 75ml sloe gin and 1 side of salmon, scaled, skin on, pin-boned, skin scored.

To Serve: 1 orange, zested, Small bunch of dill, chopped, 1 tsp juniper berries, finely chopped and Cracked black pepper.
