Rick Stein served up tasty pilaf with buttermilk chicken and pomegranate on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 2 large boneless chicken breasts, skin on, 100g buttermilk, 1 garlic clove, crushed, large pinch saffron strands, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 onion, sliced, 300g basmati rice, 450ml chicken stock, 1 tbsp za’atar, handful fresh parsley, chopped, 2 tbsp pine nuts, 1 pomegranate, seeds only, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
