Sandro Farmhouse served up a delicious Salted Caramel and Passionfruit Cheesecake on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 1 packet of golden Oreo biscuits, 40g of unsalted butter, 150g double cream, 300g cream cheese, 50g icing sugar, 1 tsp vanilla bean paste, 4 tsp of mango and passionfruit compote and 50g carnation caramel, sprinkled with sea salt flakes & a bit left to drizzle.
To serve: 2 passion fruits, seeds removed, 1 lime, zested and 4 sprigs fresh mint.
