Lisa Snowdon served up a tasty chicken and chorizo with beans and rice bonfire night casserole on this morning.
The ingredients are: 180g chorizo cooking sausages, sliced, 1 red or white onion, sliced, 2 cloves garlic, finely diced, 1 red chilli, diced (optional), 2 tsp smoked paprika, 4 boneless and skinless chicken thighs, 1x 400g tin of plum tomatoes, 1x 400g tin of butter beans, drained, 100g tinned black olives, drained, 1 tbsp tomato puree, 250g brown rice and Fresh parsley, to finish.
