Nadiya Hussain served up a showstopping spiced bundt cake with coconut, fennel seeds, candied fruit and edible flowers on Nadiya’s Simple Spices.
The ingredients are: For the coconut, butter, for greasing, 2–3 tbsp plain flour, for dusting, 150g desiccated coconut and 397g tin condensed milk.
For the cake: 1½ tsp fennel seeds, 1½ tsp ground cinnamon, 8 medium eggs, 250g soft brown sugar, 4 limes, zest only and 250g self-raising flour, sifted.
