Jamie Oliver served up tasty steamed white fish fillets (frozen hake) with peppers, leeks and oregano salsa on Jamie’s 5 Ingredients Meals.

The ingredients are: 4 x 150g white fish fillets, skin off, pin-boned, from sustainable sources, 3 mixed-colour peppers, 1 large leek, ½ a bunch of oregano (10g) and 1 large juicy orange.
