Georgina Hayden served up a tasty Stifado (Greek-Cypriot chicken stew with baby onions and potatoes) on this morning.
The ingredients are: 500g baby onions, 600g waxy potatoes or new potatoes, Olive oil, for cooking, 750g chicken thighs, bone in and skin on, 1⁄2 tsp ground allspice, 2 tbsp tomato purée, 175ml white wine, 400ml beef or chicken stock, 2 tbsp wine vinegar , 2-3 sprigs of thyme or oregano, 2 bay leaves, 1 cinnamon stick, 4 cloves, 3 ripe tomatoes, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
